Every quote follows its path here: sent, approved, deposit, scheduled, work done, invoiced, paid. Quotes and jobs are put under whoever made them, from their sign-in. Profit comes from the Job profit numbers (crew, materials and dump loads off what was billed), so a job shows its profit once the crew has clocked in and the costs are in.
