Plan each day's crews, trucks and tool lists, and show them on the shop TV. This part teaches the board: your tools, trucks, people, and the past jobs that show what a crew really takes.
The quantity rule sets how many a crew takes by crew size. A past job for similar work beats the rule. "Owned" caps the count at what you have.
